Description
This is a beginner course aimed at users who don't have any knowledge of HPC cluster.
In this tutorial, we will show:
- submit simple CPU and GPU jobs
- file basic steps: copy, file, transfer.
- submit simple MPI jobs (multi CPU on multiple nodes)
- to an HPC cluster farm using udocker.
- Use pre-installed software.
